Aesthetic Nurse – Build Your Own Aesthetic Practice Within a Physician-Led Medical Facility (Encino, CA)

Two board-certified physicians are seeking a talented and motivated Aesthetic Nurse to develop and operate the aesthetic arm of our established medical practice. This is a unique opportunity for a practitioner who wants clinical autonomy, full creative control, and the support of an experienced physician team.

As the overseeing physicians, we will serve as Medical Directors, evaluate every patient prior to any Botulinum toxin or Hyaluronic Acid filler treatment, and remain available for ongoing consultation and support. You will lead all aesthetic procedures and have the ability to shape the direction, branding, and identity of the aesthetic service line.

Role Overview You will perform aesthetic services within our modern urgent care facility in Encino, with the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. This position is ideal for a practitioner who is entrepreneurial, organized, and excited to build their own patient base with the backing of a physician-owned practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

• Collaborate with the physician medical directors on patient evaluations, safety protocols, and treatment planning.

• Independently manage marketing, branding, and social media presence for the aesthetic service line.

• Oversee patient scheduling, follow-up care, and client relations to maintain a premium patient experience.

• Manage and track inventory, supplies, and cost of consumables.

• Help design and maintain a dedicated aesthetic website and digital footprint.

• Ensure compliance with California medical, aesthetic, and documentation standards.

• Contribute to service expansion as the aesthetic program grows.

  
  

Compensation & Structure: We offer significant flexibility and will tailor the arrangement to the right candidate. The following components will be discussed individually with qualified applicants:

• Medical directorship stipend

• Facility and room usage

• Compliance and administrative support

• Supplies and consumables cost structure

• Profit-sharing model or revenue split

• Option to work as an independent contractor or under a shift-based employment model
